Worked on the unipartdigital/udes-open repository to enhance the stock_picking workflow by introducing a confirmation step for the cancellation action. This feature required users to explicitly confirm before cancelling a stock picking, thereby reducing the risk of accidental cancellations and improving overall data integrity. The implementation was carried out using Python within the Odoo development framework, focusing on backend development best practices. The code adhered to established contribution standards and referenced the relevant project ticket, ensuring traceability and maintainability. No bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on delivering this targeted feature enhancement for improved operational reliability.
