Worked on the aemsites/vg-roadchoice-com repository to deliver a feature upgrade focused on improving the blog publishing workflow and CI/CD processes. Implemented enhancements using bash and yaml within GitHub Actions, integrating an EDS connector and API to automate publish and unpublish steps, which reduced manual intervention and potential errors. Updated configuration management by centralizing environment variables and API keys, and generalized blog path filtering to streamline routing and support maintainability. These changes aligned the publishing flow with EDS standards, improved traceability, and established a more scalable foundation for future updates, reflecting a methodical approach to DevOps and CI/CD improvements.
