Santhiya Sekar enhanced network security for the ZCSOC/az_zal_blocklist repository by expanding the IP blocklist to better prevent unauthorized access and reduce unwanted traffic. Over the course of February 2026, Santhiya delivered a feature that updated the ip_list through eight well-documented commits, ensuring traceability and a scalable approach to future updates. The work focused on data-driven security controls and consistent commit hygiene, leveraging system administration and network security expertise. Although no major bugs were reported or fixed during this period, the update improved the organization’s security posture and provided an auditable change log for ongoing threat prevention efforts.
