Worked on improving code review processes and repository governance for the Kentico/xperience-by-kentico-kentico-migration-tool and Kentico/xperience-by-kentico-universal-migration-tool repositories. Focused on automating reviewer assignment by implementing and standardizing CODEOWNERS files, which routed pull requests to the appropriate teams and reduced manual intervention. Leveraged YAML and GitHub Actions to optimize PR workflows, ensuring accurate reviewer mapping and enhancing traceability of code reviews. The approach established a scalable governance pattern, supporting future contributor onboarding and repository hygiene. No major bugs were addressed, but the work laid a foundation for more efficient collaboration and streamlined release cycles across both repositories.
