Worked on the navikt/aap-oppgave repository to enhance backend task management by delivering two features and resolving a critical bug. Focused on improving task list usability, the developer removed a feature toggle so that marked tasks are always prioritized, ensuring deterministic task ordering. Processing flow was optimized by preventing unnecessary task creation when only waiting-for-follow-up needs exist, which reduced processing noise and improved reliability. Additionally, upgraded the behandlingsflyt library to leverage recent performance improvements and fixes. The work was implemented using Kotlin and TOML, with an emphasis on backend development and dependency management to support a more robust and maintainable system.
