Worked on the HKUDS/Vibe-Trading repository to address a critical container-host connectivity issue affecting trading workflows. Focused on backend development and DevOps, the developer resolved a bug by configuring the OLLAMA_BASE_URL to use host.docker.internal, ensuring stable communication between Docker containers and the host-side Ollama service. The solution included parameterizing the base URL to support flexible deployment environments and updating project documentation to streamline onboarding for new developers. Utilizing Docker, YAML, and Markdown, the work improved the reliability of containerized services and enhanced maintainability for future deployments, demonstrating a methodical approach to infrastructure and workflow stability within the project.
