Delivered a targeted update to the PaymentsWithheldBanner.cshtml file by removing unnecessary double quotes from a string literal, which improved code readability and consistency without altering existing behavior. This change, implemented using cshtml and frontend best practices, aimed to reduce technical debt and simplify future enhancements. No new customer-facing features or bug fixes were released during this period, but the work contributed to a more maintainable codebase and ensured UI stability.
