Worked on improving CI reliability and failure reporting for the neonlabsorg/neon-tests repository, focusing on actionable notifications across EVM and proxy test suites. Addressed a persistent issue where CI failure outputs were stored in environment variables, migrating them to step outputs within GitHub Actions workflows. This change ensured that notifications accurately identified which test group failed, streamlining incident triage and debugging. Leveraged CI/CD best practices, Shell scripting, and YAML to centralize and enhance test-group failure reporting. The improvements increased observability and maintainability, enabling faster root-cause analysis and laying the groundwork for future enhancements to the CI process.
