Worked on the credebl/platform repository to deliver OpenSSL support across all Docker images, standardizing multi-stage Dockerfiles to enable cryptographic operations for both dependencies and in-service components. The approach involved refactoring Dockerfiles and updating the build pipeline to ensure OpenSSL was available in both build and production stages, aligning with evolving security requirements. Using Dockerfile and Shell scripting, the work enhanced the platform’s security posture and reduced the risk of crypto-related runtime failures. These changes established a consistent foundation for future cryptographic enhancements, improved maintainability, and ensured compliance across services, with all updates validated through comprehensive tests and builds.
