Worked on the jitsi/jitsi-meet repository to enhance the Welcome page’s user interface, focusing on responsive design and layout consistency. Addressed footer alignment by converting the welcome-footer-row-block to a flex column with centered items, improving usability on mobile and tablet devices. Used CSS and SCSS to refine text alignment for the welcome-footer-row-1-text, ensuring readability across various breakpoints. The approach emphasized minimal, well-scoped changes to reduce risk and maintain visual consistency. All modifications were documented with clear commit references, supporting traceability and quality control. Demonstrated attention to detail in front end development, prioritizing maintainability and cross-device compatibility.
