Worked on the hasura/axiom repository to deliver the Visualization Version 3 Release, focusing on configuration management using HCL. Enabled the new visualization version through a feature flag while removing the legacy v2 flag, reducing configuration drift and simplifying feature rollout. Addressed a data representation issue by converting NDC bigint values from JSON to string, ensuring compatibility with downstream analytics and storage systems. The work improved both the flexibility of feature management and the accuracy of data handling. Emphasized careful configuration changes and data integrity, demonstrating a methodical approach to evolving system capabilities within a short project period.
