Worked on the huggingface/swift-transformers repository to enhance code cleanliness and streamline dependency management within a one-month period. Focused on replacing CryptoKit with swift-crypto throughout the codebase, this update standardized cryptographic dependencies and reduced potential build issues. Additionally, removed an unused Combine import and eliminated the obsolete Combine dependency, which simplified the build process and improved linting efficiency. Updated code comments and ensured lint readiness to support ongoing maintainability. The work leveraged skills in Swift, iOS development, and dependency management, resulting in a more maintainable and efficient codebase without introducing new features or addressing bug fixes during this period.
