In May 2025, Jo DaCosta contributed to the wmodes/public-programming-performance repository by developing and integrating decorative rock visual assets to enhance environmental visuals. Jo added rock1.png and rock2.png to the assets/decor directory within the 2025spring folder, focusing on improving the visual polish for upcoming environment features. This work involved careful asset management, repository organization, and adherence to version control best practices using Git. While no bugs were addressed during this period, the feature laid the groundwork for improved user experience and readiness for QA and demo phases. The contribution demonstrated attention to detail in asset integration and project structure.
