During September 2025, Spicy Grzl developed a Contributing Guidelines Synchronization feature for the spice-labs-inc/goatrodeo repository. This work focused on aligning the repository’s CONTRIBUTING.md with the organization’s community-files guidelines, ensuring a consistent and up-to-date contribution process. Spicy utilized Git for version control and Scala for scripting the synchronization, while leveraging Markdown to update documentation. The approach emphasized governance alignment and improved onboarding by reducing friction in pull request workflows. No bugs were reported or fixed during this period, indicating stable integration. The work demonstrated attention to process consistency and documentation quality, supporting cross-repository standards within the organization.
