Worked on enhancing Azure authentication for the chili-publish/studio-sdk repository by migrating from repository-level to organization-level variables and secrets. This refactor involved updating the CI/CD pipeline, written in YAML, to authenticate the Azure CLI using centralized credentials, thereby streamlining secret rotation and reducing operational risk. The approach improved the security posture by enabling scalable secret management and minimizing the risk of credential expiry. Leveraging skills in Azure, DevOps, and CI/CD, the work resulted in a more maintainable and secure authentication flow, simplifying onboarding for new teams and supporting long-term maintainability across the organization’s development and deployment processes.
