Worked on the foundation-model-stack/bamba repository to deliver a detailed blog content update documenting progress on the Bamba model’s long-context extension. Focused on technical writing and documentation using Markdown, the work clarified performance benchmarks against Meta Llama models and validated effectiveness up to a 16K context length. The update outlined planned research on further context-length extensions and upcoming performance studies, providing stakeholders with transparent insights and setting expectations for future benchmarks. No bugs were fixed during this period, but the documentation established a clear communication channel for ongoing research, supporting both current adopters and future optimization efforts within the project.
