During December 2025, contributed to the openfoodfacts/open-prices repository by modernizing its code quality tooling. Focused on consolidating formatting and linting processes, replaced Black, Flake8, and Isort with Ruff, unifying code quality checks and streamlining the continuous integration workflow. This migration reduced maintenance overhead and provided faster feedback for developers, improving both code consistency and the overall development experience. Leveraged skills in Python, Django, and linting to implement these changes, ensuring safer and more efficient feature delivery. The work emphasized tooling modernization and CI/CD optimization, directly addressing the need for a simpler, more maintainable code quality process within the project.
