Worked on the dapr/dapr-agents repository to enhance API lifecycle management and automation reliability. Developed and delivered a deprecation notice for the Agent API, providing clear migration guidance to DurableAgent, which allowed users to plan upgrades and avoid breaking changes. Addressed a bug in the GitHub bot’s assign command by making assignee handling case-insensitive and improving validation, thereby increasing the reliability of issue assignments. Updated related automation scripts to support these changes and maintain bot stability. Utilized Python and JavaScript for backend and bot development, focusing on GitHub API integration to streamline automated workflows and reduce upgrade risks.
