Developed and integrated a beta access feature for LEGO EV3 within the microsoft/pxt repository’s Tutorial Tool, focusing on front end development using JavaScript. The work involved implementing a dedicated beta endpoint that allows testers to seamlessly enable and evaluate MakeCode beta features directly within the existing tutorial workflow. By introducing feature flagging and beta toggling mechanisms, the solution streamlined the onboarding process for beta testers and reduced friction in accessing experimental features. This contribution demonstrated the ability to extend complex educational tools with targeted enhancements, emphasizing practical application of JavaScript and front end skills to support iterative product development and user testing.
