Worked on the TechStartupClub/UMarket repository to establish foundational project documentation and streamline collaboration processes. Initiated the project by creating a comprehensive README in Markdown, outlining UMarket’s purpose as a marketplace for UW students to buy and sell second-hand items, and included an MIT license to clarify usage terms. Later, introduced standardized issue reporting templates to improve the quality and consistency of bug and feature request submissions. Focused on documentation as the primary skill, the work emphasized repository governance and onboarding efficiency, enabling faster team ramp-up and more effective triage. All contributions were delivered using Markdown and Git-based workflows.
