Focused on DevOps and system administration, the developer resolved a Docker Compose startup race condition by implementing a health check mechanism in YAML, ensuring the database container was fully operational before the server container initiated. This approach eliminated failures that previously occurred after system reboots, resulting in more predictable and stable deployments across development, staging, and production environments.
