Worked on the nrfconnect/sdk-nrf repository to improve the Docker image asset source by centralizing the retrieval of the nrfutil executable through Artifactory. This update, implemented in Dockerfile, ensured that nrfutil is reliably downloaded and properly marked as executable within the image, addressing potential runtime permission issues and reducing reliance on external URLs. The change enhanced build reliability and reproducibility across CI environments by consolidating dependencies. Leveraged skills in CI/CD and Docker to deliver this feature, focusing on secure and maintainable image creation. No bugs were fixed during this period, with work concentrated on this targeted infrastructure improvement.
