Worked on the 0xsoniclabs/sonic repository to enhance testing reliability by introducing a new command-line flag in the sonicd component. This feature, implemented in Go, allows suppression of frame mismatch panics during tests involving historical, imported, or synced events, thereby reducing test noise and improving determinism in validation workflows. The approach focused on robust error handling and configuration management, enabling more controlled and predictable testing environments. No major bug fixes were recorded during this period, but the work demonstrated effective use of command-line interface design and testing best practices to support more reliable event history validation in distributed systems.
