Developed and integrated BitBox02 hardware wallet support into the RabbyHub/Rabby repository’s new user import workflow, focusing on enhancing the onboarding experience for hardware wallet users. Leveraging React for front end development and utilizing both JavaScript and TypeScript, the work involved aligning user interface elements, providing contextual setup tips, and implementing secure password setup steps tailored for BitBox02 users. This feature streamlined the wallet import process, ensuring a consistent and secure user experience while reducing friction during initial onboarding. The changes maintained end-to-end traceability and upheld the project’s security standards, contributing to a more robust and user-friendly hardware wallet integration.
