Developed Windows CI platform support for the umijs/mako repository, enabling comprehensive cross-platform testing and streamlined release processes. This work involved updating CI workflow scripts and configurations to ensure full compatibility with Windows environments, using Rust, Shell scripting, and YAML. The implementation addressed platform-specific permission handling in the downloader, reducing build failures and improving reliability across operating systems. By expanding test coverage and automating validation on Windows, the changes accelerated release cycles and enhanced the robustness of the CI/CD pipeline. The approach focused on maintaining parity with existing environments while optimizing script services for consistent performance in Windows-based workflows.
December 2025: Implemented Windows CI Platform Support for the mako repository, expanding cross-platform testing and release capabilities. The changes introduce Windows-compatible CI workflows, updated scripts and configurations for Windows, and improved permission handling in the downloader across platforms. This work reduces CI flakiness on Windows, broadens test coverage, and accelerates Windows-based validation and releases.
