During December 2025, Dovchen Chen added Windows CI platform support to the umijs/mako repository, expanding its cross-platform testing and release capabilities. Dovchen implemented new CI workflows and updated existing scripts using Rust, Shell, and YAML to ensure compatibility with Windows environments. The work included optimizing permission handling in the downloader, which reduced platform-specific build failures and improved reliability across CI pipelines. By aligning Windows support with other platforms, Dovchen enabled broader test coverage and accelerated validation and release processes. This focused engineering effort addressed a key gap in the repository’s automation, demonstrating depth in CI/CD and Windows development.
