Worked on frontend enhancements for the kippian-wiki repository, focusing on stabilizing popover user experiences and improving UI maintainability. Addressed popover positioning by refactoring to a fixed translate()-based strategy, which improved visual alignment and consistency across components. Introduced a clearActivePopover function to reliably manage popover visibility, reducing state management complexity. Ensured unique backlink IDs to prevent navigation conflicts, enhancing reliability throughout the interface. Resolved styling, overflow, and scroll issues, resulting in a more consistent user experience. Utilized CSS, JavaScript, and SCSS to implement these changes, emphasizing maintainable code and clearer UX flows within the project’s frontend architecture.
