Developed a workspace management planning and deployment analysis feature for the FIAE2023_AP repository, focusing on business-value–driven decision frameworks for scalable IT provisioning. The work centered on comparing cloud and on-premises deployment models, incorporating cost analysis and network performance calculation to guide investment decisions. Technical documentation was produced in Markdown, outlining automation concepts to streamline PC provisioning and deployment workflows. By modeling costs and evaluating deployment strategies, the feature aligned IT operations with business needs and supported cross-functional planning. No bugs were reported during the period, reflecting a focused delivery on new functionality and comprehensive technical analysis within the project scope.
