During March 2026, Bowen Wong delivered type hinting support for the NationalSecurityAgency/ghidra repository by integrating a py.typed file into the pyghidra package. Using Python and leveraging type hinting techniques, Bowen enabled static type checking and improved IDE integration for the codebase. This enhancement addressed the need for better code quality and maintainability, making onboarding smoother for new developers and increasing confidence in future refactoring efforts.
