Worked on enhancing the Automattic/harper repository by improving the handling of ignored files within the Obsidian plugin. Focused on refactoring the existing logic to standardize variable names and streamline control flow, which increased code clarity and maintainability. Addressed a targeted issue where ignore-files behavior previously led to unintended file processing, implementing a fix that ensured only the correct files were handled. Utilized TypeScript and the Obsidian API to deliver these changes, applying plugin development best practices.
