Integrated IBM Kubecost to provide cost observability, and developed custom dashboards and widgets to offer actionable insights for business monitoring. Introduced new metrics for large language model (LLM) monitoring, improving visibility into AI workloads. Enhanced the sorting of synthetic monitoring results to streamline triage and issue prioritization, and addressed charting issues with negative values in custom call metrics to ensure accurate data visualization.
