Vivien Silvey modernized the documentation for the GeoscienceAustralia/dea-notebooks repository by updating the USAGE.rst file to align with the Australian government style manual for referencing. Using RST and documentation best practices, Vivien reformatted and standardized existing citations to improve consistency and readability, while also adding a new citation for the Landsat Fractional Cover data paper to reflect current data sources. This work enhanced the repository’s compliance and discoverability, making it easier for users to onboard and for maintainers to manage future updates. The focus on documentation quality supported clearer attribution and improved the overall governance of the project.
