Worked on modernizing documentation for the GeoscienceAustralia/dea-notebooks repository by updating the USAGE.rst file to align with the Australian government style manual for referencing. Focused on reformatting and standardizing existing citations to improve consistency and readability, while also adding a new citation for the Landsat Fractional Cover data paper to reflect current data sources. Utilized RST and documentation best practices to enhance compliance and repository governance. The changes aimed to support clearer attribution, improve discoverability, and reduce onboarding friction for users, resulting in more maintainable documentation and easier future updates without introducing new features or bug fixes.
