Worked on enhancing the CI/CD workflows for the Jglori/YOU-REFRESHED repository, focusing on improving deployment traceability and pull request validation. Leveraged GitHub Actions and Salesforce CLI to automate change-set generation using sfdx-git-delta, introducing dry-run deployments to validate changes before production. Implemented artifact uploads, including package XML and deployment logs, to facilitate traceability and streamline debugging across deployments. Updated YAML configurations to support these new processes, ensuring that each deployment is both verifiable and auditable. The work emphasized Shell scripting and YAML for automation, resulting in reduced debugging time and enabling faster, more reliable issue resolution within the CI/CD pipeline.
