Developed and delivered telemetry instrumentation for SKU-protected features in the mattermost/docs repository, focusing on enhancing product analytics and supporting data-driven decision-making. The work involved adding new telemetry events to capture user interactions with Custom Groups, Read-Only Channels, Shared Workspaces, and Guest Accounts, enabling the team to measure feature usage and engagement. Leveraging skills in documentation and the reStructuredText (RST) language, the implementation provided actionable insights for product and SKU strategy. No major bugs were reported during this period, reflecting a focused and stable contribution. The changes supported roadmap prioritization by making feature adoption and engagement patterns more transparent.
