
Over a three-month period, contributed to seg-org/bookbook by designing and implementing new data models, enhancing search and filtering capabilities, and improving localization and UI. Leveraged TypeScript, Prisma ORM, and React to refactor core schemas, introduce enum-driven metadata, and streamline API contracts for scalable feature development. Enabled direct PostgreSQL access to optimize deployments and reduce latency, while expanding the catalog’s metadata with genre, tag, and damage condition support, including Thai translations. Focused on code quality through linting, refactoring, and removal of deprecated fields, resulting in a more maintainable codebase and a richer, more accessible user experience.

February 2025: Delivered two major feature tracks to enrich seg-org/bookbook's catalog metadata and stabilized core schemas, enabling richer search, more precise filters, and faster downstream feature work. Implemented Prisma data models for SpecialDescription and Damage with cleanup to simplify usage and remove unused fields/relationships, followed by adding Genre and BookTag models with enums and updating Book/Post relations and API schemas. Performed targeted refactors to remove deprecated fields and align schemas, reducing maintenance burden and API drift. This groundwork supports enhanced catalog experiences and scalable feature development.
