Contributed to the instill-ai/instill-core repository by delivering three features over two months, focusing on scalable blob storage and artifact backend improvements. Integrated MinIO with the API Gateway for the blob plugin, centralizing configuration management and reducing manual setup through environment variables and Helm helpers. Upgraded the artifact backend image and managed database migration versions to unlock new Helm chart capabilities, while ensuring consistent blob domain handling across environments. The work emphasized deployment reliability and maintainability, leveraging skills in DevOps, Helm, and YAML to streamline configuration and support cross-environment consistency without introducing new bugs during the development period.
