Yuva Gottimukala enhanced the mnbenefits/shiba platform by improving document rendering and user interface reliability. He implemented a feature to append apartment numbers to street addresses for both enriched and non-enriched data, ensuring accurate and consistent address formatting. Using Java and Spring Boot, he updated related tests to cover new formatting scenarios and edge cases, strengthening regression coverage. Yuva also fixed the execution scope of the CertainPopsPreparer, ensuring it only runs for the correct document types, and reverted a UI change to restore stable caseworker warning banners. His backend development and testing work reduced manual intervention and improved platform stability.
