During October 2025, Zizhen Zhang developed a workshop materials management feature for the WHU_FinTech_Workshop repository, focusing on asset organization and discoverability. Zhang implemented a standardized PDF naming convention using Python and Git, renaming and uploading workshop documents to follow a consistent YYYYMMDD_author_title.pdf format. This approach improved the searchability and accessibility of workshop materials, supporting knowledge sharing among participants. The work centered on file system management and repository governance, ensuring that assets were logically organized for both current and future users. While the scope was limited to a single feature, the solution addressed a clear need for structured document management.
