Zhang implemented a standardized PDF naming convention using Python and Git, renaming and uploading workshop-related documents to follow a consistent YYYYMMDD_author_title format. This approach improved the searchability and accessibility of workshop materials, facilitating knowledge sharing among participants. The work emphasized file system organization and version control best practices, ensuring that assets were logically structured for both current and future users. Over the month, Zhang’s contributions addressed repository governance and streamlined the process of managing educational resources.
