During October 2025, Zdy focused on enhancing the automation and reliability of the kendryte/nncase repository’s build process. He implemented a scheduled CI pipeline using GitHub Actions and YAML, introducing a recurring trigger in the runtime-build.yml file to automate builds and reduce manual intervention. By standardizing the build toolchain and explicitly setting the CMake version to 3.30.3, Zdy ensured consistent, reproducible builds across different environments. This work improved the speed and reliability of feedback for developers, streamlining validation of changes. The engineering effort demonstrated a solid grasp of CI/CD principles, though it was limited in scope to a single feature.
