The approach centered on disciplined documentation using Markdown, with four detailed journal entries reflecting on study strategies, vocabulary acquisition, past paper analysis, and motivation. Each update was committed to ensure traceability and to support performance reviews, creating a clear audit trail of progress. No bug fixes were required during this period, as the primary objective was to enhance documentation quality and learning transparency. This work contributed to improved study planning and provided a reliable reference for ongoing academic development.
