During September 2025, contributed to the IBM/terratorch repository by developing a progress bar feature for the ESA app, enhancing user experience during long-running tasks. This work focused on front end development using React and JavaScript, integrating real-time feedback mechanisms to improve task transparency and reduce user confusion. Alongside the feature implementation, updated documentation and performed code cleanup within the same commit, ensuring improved maintainability and onboarding for future contributors. The approach emphasized code hygiene and alignment between documentation and codebase, establishing a solid foundation for subsequent workflow enhancements while maintaining a clear focus on usability and technical quality throughout the process.
