Worked on enhancing graph data processing capabilities in the PsycheFoundation/psyche repository, focusing on improving the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of graph comparisons. Developed a new sign operation flag within the graph comparison tool to facilitate clearer result interpretation and refined the data extraction process for more reliable input handling. Updated the chunker tool’s data type to optimize memory usage, enabling the processing of larger graphs with greater efficiency. Applied targeted data processing fixes to stabilize the graph comparison pipeline. The work leveraged Go and Python, utilizing command-line tools and scripting to deliver robust, production-ready improvements for large-scale data analytics.
