
Aagam Jai developed the Dashbox hardware platform for the SCFormulaElectric/USC-Electrical-Systems repository, focusing on integrating the Dashbox into the team’s electrical system. Over two months, Aagam designed and delivered new PCB layouts and schematic revisions using KiCad, refining component placement and symbol definitions to ensure reliable connectivity and manufacturability. The work established the physical and electrical foundation for Dashbox prototyping and future firmware integration, with all design iterations tracked in version control. By applying skills in electrical engineering, schematic capture, and PCB design, Aagam enabled downstream hardware validation and system-level testing, demonstrating a thorough end-to-end hardware design workflow.
