He refactored the existing buffer-based approach by introducing a parsed ECHConfigContent type, streamlining the ECH processing workflow. This change reduced redundant parsing operations, leading to improved processing efficiency and lower CPU usage. By leveraging his expertise in C++ development, network protocols, and system design, Baki improved the maintainability and clarity of the ECH-related codebase.
