During May 2026, contributed to the Arize-ai/phoenix repository by developing keyboard-driven enhancements for the elicitation carousel, aimed at streamlining feedback collection and improving accessibility. Leveraging React for front end development and utilizing both JavaScript and TypeScript, implemented keyboard shortcuts such as Enter to submit or advance, Shift+Enter for newlines, and Cmd/Ctrl+Enter for flexible submission. Integrated an isComposing guard to ensure IME-safe input handling, particularly benefiting CJK users. These updates preserved user selections during shortcut use and updated interface cues, ultimately accelerating the elicitation workflow and supporting keyboard-centric interactions across platforms without introducing new bug fixes.
