Worked on improving the reliability and maintainability of the tardis-sn/tardis codebase by focusing on test suite stabilization and code quality enhancements. Addressed a persistent issue in the TestBlackBodySimpleSource tests by standardizing tolerance levels, which reduced test flakiness and improved assertion accuracy. Resolved a Python linting error by reorganizing the placement of a tolerance constant, ensuring compliance with best practices. These changes enhanced continuous integration stability and repeatability across different environments. The work was closely aligned with GSoC task #3439 and demonstrated proficiency in Python, software development, and unit testing, with a focus on robust, maintainable testing infrastructure.
