Leveraged Python for backend development, integrating new analytics events and modeling properties such as workflow details, edge and action counts, and team or organization identifiers. This work enabled granular tracking of user engagement and workflow adoption, supporting data-driven product decisions and improved funnel analysis. The implementation demonstrated skills in API development and analytics integration, seamlessly extending the existing analytics framework to provide actionable insights into messaging workflow usage without introducing new bugs during the period.
