December 2024 – Sparrow App Auth: Delivered a comprehensive authentication overhaul and reliability improvements with a focus on onboarding UX, secure yet streamlined sign-in, and self-service flows. Implemented a Magic Code Flow with robust error handling, added a Google authentication redirect page, and revamped the forgot-password flow. In addition, addressed stability and quality across the codebase with targeted fixes to redirection, UI consistency, and imports. These changes reduced friction for new users, improved authentication reliability, and strengthened maintainability for future iterations.
