December 2025 highlights Azure/ARO-HCP: Delivered consolidated resource and alert tagging for Ownership and Observability to improve accountability and system observability. Implemented cluster owning team tagging in Bicep, enforced a required alertRuleOwningTeamTag in base configuration, added a monitoring tag to alert rules to enhance observability, and materialized the updated config to apply changes.
