He standardized README casing, fixed a broken link in CONTRIBUTING.md, and added missing READMEs to several directories, while also removing redundant files to streamline the documentation structure. Working primarily with Markdown and leveraging skills in code cleanup and documentation management, Ace’s changes aimed to make the repository more navigable and reduce friction for new contributors. The work addressed onboarding challenges by ensuring documentation was both complete and easy to follow, reflecting a methodical approach to codebase maintenance and internal developer experience.
