During December 2024, Achari focused on enhancing SCIM provisioning documentation in the SamyPesse/cloudflare-docs repository. They improved the clarity of enterprise provisioning workflows for Okta and Microsoft Entra, emphasizing the use of Account Owned API Tokens to increase reliability and prevent issues associated with user-specific tokens. Working primarily with Markdown and leveraging technical writing and documentation skills, Achari updated the scim-setup.mdx file to reflect the latest best practices. This work addressed onboarding friction for enterprise customers and contributed to the maintainability of the documentation. The depth of the updates demonstrated a thoughtful approach to technical communication and user guidance.
